Dressing the Soul – Authenticity & Personal Style

£11.00

Join Lari and guest Gigi from Vênus em Fúria for this 1-hour workshop that will be a deep dive into fashion, music, mysticism, and self-exploration. Together, we’re bringing our worlds into this workshop to guide you through an exploration of personal style as an extension of your essence.

This session isn’t about trends—it’s about tuning in. What does your style say about who you are? How can dressing become an intuitive ritual? How can authenticity guide the way you present yourself to the world?

We’ll gather for an hour of deep exploration and playful self-discovery, including:

  • A guided meditation & journaling session to reconnect with your inner child

  • A personal style mapping exercise to uncover your unique visual language

  • A music & movement session to tap into embodied expression

  • Playful prompts to help you break free from outdated style rules and dress with intuition

What You’ll Need:

  • A Journal + Pen - For all the reflections, discoveries, and little sparks of insight. We’ll write letters, map out our style story, and capture what comes through. Let it be messy, honest, and fully yours.

  • Access to Clothes & Accessories - You’ll need quick access to pieces you can throw on during the Quick-Drag Experiment. Think scarves, jewelry, jackets, hats—anything that catches your eye. No pressure to look “good”—it’s all about expression and instinct.

  • An Object or Photo from Childhood (Optional) - For the Inner Child Meditation, having something that connects you to your younger self—a toy, photo, or keepsake—can help deepen the experience. But it’s totally optional. You can always just bring a memory.

  • A Comfortable, Private Space - You’ll want room to move around, get a little silly, and feel fully present. Bonus: cozy things like blankets, candles, or incense to create a safe, inspired atmosphere.

  • Speakers or Headphones - We’ll move and dance in the Movement & Integration part—so having good sound will help you really feel the music and let go.

  • An Open Heart + Willingness to Explore - You don’t need any background in fashion, writing, or movement. Just come as you are, ready to reconnect with your creative spirit and express your most authentic self.

About Gigi:

Gigi (she/her) is a multidisciplinary artist who has spent the last six years in the UK and is now back in Brazil, reconnecting with her roots. With a background as a tattoo artist, Gigi developed a unique style (@tatutales), and is currently venturing into the music industry, working on her first EP that blends electronic pop with a Brazilian flair. Fashion is another integral part of her creative world. For Gigi, fashion is the art of self-expression – a way to explore identity, emotions, and values through the body, which serves as a canvas. Growing up with actor parents, she was exposed to exercises and interactions that bridged the gap between who we are, who we dream to be, and how we present ourselves through clothing.

~ Developing her own musical journey with a unique electronic pop brazilian style
